Disclosed is an adhesive optical film wherein an adhesive layer is arranged on at least one side of an optical film. The adhesive layer has an equilibrium moisture content ratio (a) of not more than 0.5% by weight and a displacement (b) in one hour at 23°C of not more than 600 µm when a tensile shear stress of 500 gf is applied to an adhesion area of 10 mm x 10 mm having a thickness of 25 µm. The equilibrium moisture content ratio (a) and the displacement (b) satisfy the following relation: b < 1036.4 X E^-5.124a. This adhesive optical film exhibits high durability in high temperature environments even when the optical film on which the adhesive layer is arranged is made of a material having low water vapor permeability, and is capable of suppressing foaming in high temperature environments.
