A broadcasting information transmission system, a device, a processing method, and a terminal device for receiving broadcasting information are provided to check communication quality of a mobile communication network and reception state information of a broadcasting network periodically, and to receive broadcasting information in the broadcasting network if the broadcasting network becomes a receivable state, so that the broadcasting information can be received in a broadcasting reception-unavailable area. A reception state measurer measures reception strength of RF(Radio Frequency) signals received through an antenna, and detects communication quality information of a mobile communication network(140) or reception state information of a broadcasting network(110). If the broadcasting network(110) is available, a network selector(105) selects the broadcasting network(110). If the mobile communication network(140) is available while the broadcasting network(110) is unavailable, the selector(105) performs a network select function of selecting the mobile communication network(140). A broadcasting receiver(101) receives broadcasting information through the selected network(140).
