摘要

Disclosed are carbon fibers composed of carbon fibers that are pretreated by means of electrochemical oxidation. The inventive carbon fibers are characterized in that the same are provided with a preparation containing epoxy resin/s, a vinyl component, and a plasticizer, at an amount ranging from 0.3 to 5 percent by weight relative to the carbon fibers together with the preparation.
