A system and a device for processing information, and a program for the same are provided to sell resting tickets by notifying selling conditions through a web page, or transmitting to a communication device of a sponsor. An information receiving unit receives a predetermined selling condition and tickets information from a plurality ticket sellers and sponsors. An information processing unit notifies selling and purchasing conditions through a web page, and transmits it to communication terminal devices of sponsors and purchasers. An information storing unit stores the selling and purchasing conditions in a predetermined storing medium, if the conditions are matched mutually. |
