A device for intercepting electromagnetic waves is provided to stably contact a rear case to a bracket by inserting an unevenness of the rear case into a groove of the bracket. A device for intercepting electromagnetic waves includes a front case(21), a rear case(31), and a bracket(40). The rear case is coupled with the front case, and has an unevenness(34). The bracket is coupled with the front case, and has a groove(44) for inserting the unevenness. The bracket has a first plate(41) which is coupled with a boss(25) of the front case, a second plate(42) which is bent in the first plate to be extended to the rear case, and a third plate(43) which is bent in the second plate to be contacted to the rear case and has the groove.
