A folding safety net mounting platform is provided to prevent an accidental fall of a worker at installation, to increase working efficiency and to decrease unnecessary consumption of materials by installing a safety net to the outside on a balcony of a building. A folding safety net mounting platform, for spreading or folding a moving device folded to install or remove a safety net by pulling a folding wire(10) and an expanding wire(9), comprises a balcony fixing pressure bracket coupled to the lower part of a horizontal steel pipe(22) of a balcony and to fix to a projection of a balcony, a fixing device(1) coupled to the upper part of the horizontal steel pipe, a moving device(2) located on the front of the fixing device, a support device(4) located on the lower part of the fixing device, and a connecting device(3) connecting the moving device and the support device to operate together.
