An optical terminal box containing an optical network terminal is provided to cope with the structure change of subscriber's home flexibly and to increase facility management and repair/maintenance efficiencies by installing the optical network terminal, an optical cable termination unit, a power unit, and a battery in one optical terminal box. An optical terminal box(10) containing an optical network terminal(30) is composed of an optical cable termination unit(20) having an optical connector(21) terminating and optically connecting an optical cable; the optical network terminal for converting an optical network signal input through the upper end of the optical cable and a UTP(Unshielded Twisted Pair) network signal of the subscriber's home; an optical jumper cord(22) for connecting the optical cable termination unit and the optical network terminal; and a cable lead-in unit(60) for receiving an optical cable(71) from an external electric pole and various optical cables inserted into the optical network terminal.
