A skin cleansing composition is provided to remove keratin and waste matters of skin, prevent various inflammation through skin sterilizing effect, protect skin from outside harmful environments and contamination, and mitigate sebum excretion and keratin. A skin cleansing composition comprises 0.2-5 wt.% of Poroligenous liquor, 10-25 wt.% of Betula platyphylla Sukatchev var. japonica Hara extract, 0.1-10 wt.% of an extract of ginseng, 0.2-10 wt.% of an extract of Portulaca oleracea L., 0.2-10 wt.% of an extract of Luffa cylindrica Roem, 0.1-10 wt.% of an extract of Scutellaria baicalensis, 0.1-10 wt.% of an extract of Luffa Cylindrica, 0.1-10 wt.% of an extract of Scutellaria baicalensis, 0.1-10 wt.% of an extract of Angelicae Gigantis Radix, 0.1-5 wt.% of a scrubbing agent and the remaining amount of purified water. The composition further comprises 0-10 wt.% of at least one additive selected from the group consisting of a viscosity controlling agent, a surfactant, an antiseptic, a pigment, a perfume, and an oil.
