A method for diagnosing a reinforcing state of an adhesive reinforcing member using an optical fiber cable sensor is provided to effectively manage the reinforcing member by measuring luminous loss using an optical fiber. A method for diagnosing a reinforcing state of an adhesive reinforcing member(200) using an optical fiber cable sensor includes the steps of: installing an optical fiber(110) forming an optical fiber sensor to be placed in the reinforcing member, be exposed to one side of the reinforcing member, and cross each optical fiber line in a lattice shape in one side of the reinforcing member; connecting a measuring channel to the optical fiber line corresponding to a crossing point; monitoring a measurement about separation of the reinforcing member using the previously installed optical fiber sensor without any special work; and detecting a variation of luminous quantity using a measuring unit(120) including a monitoring device with a light detecting part and a display part.
