<p>A touch screen using a SAW(Surface Acoustic Wave) is provided to reduce a size of an ultrasonic oscillator and detect intensity of a touch precisely by detecting a position precisely with an SIDT(Slanted Inter Digital Transducer) capable of changing a central frequency according to an inputted signal. A first SIDT(20) capable of changing the central frequency according to the inputted signal is installed to one edge of a substrate(10). A second SIDT(30) for receiving a SAW signal generated from the first SIDT is installed to an opposite edge of the substrate. The position and the intensity of the touch are detected by enabling the second SIDT to receive the SAW generated from the first SIDT through the substrate. The first and second SIDTs have the same frequency property. A SAW absorber for restricting reflection of the SAW is installed to the edge of the substrate and is made of insulation(40) to apply the SAW signal to a SAW input electrode.</p> |
