<p>PURPOSE: A voltage detection circuit is provided to accurately detect a power voltage level by comparing the detected voltage with a reference voltage by using a differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A voltage detection circuit includes a first voltage driving block(21) for outputting a reference voltage with a predetermined level by receiving an inverted power-on detection signal, a second voltage driving block(23) for outputting a detection voltage with a predetermined level by detecting the power voltage, a programmable memory(24) for controlling the second voltage driving block(23) in such a way that the detection voltage matches with the set detection voltage, a decoder(25) for outputting a control signal to the second voltage driving block(23) by decoding the output signal of the programmable memory(24), a comparing block(22) for comparing the output signal of the first voltage driving block(21) with the output signal of the second voltage driving block(23) and a third voltage driving block(27) for outputting a power voltage detection signal by receiving the output signal of the comparing block(22).</p> |
