A plasma display panel is provided to prevent a first portion of an electrode from being eroded by changing layer structures of first and second portions of the electrode. A scan electrode(102) and a sustain electrode(103) are formed on a front substrate. An address electrode(113) is formed on a rear substrate. The electrodes include first and second portions(200,210) in an elongation direction. A layer structure of the second portion is different from the layer structure of the first portion. At least one of the scan, structure, and address electrodes includes the first and second portions. The number of layers in the first portion is different from the number of layers in the second portion. The first portion is arranged at an end portion of the electrodes. The number of the layers in the first portion is smaller than the number of layers in the second portion.
