ELECTRODIALYSIS APPARATUS AND ELECTRODIALYSIS METHOD USING THE SAME

An electrodialysis device is provided to improve a direct PCR efficiency using whole blood as a PCR sample, and to dialyze or desalt the sample within a shorter amount of time. An electrodialysis device includes: a sample chamber(100) provided with a first dialysis membrane(110) and a second dialysis membrane(120) and filled with a sample; a housing(200); a control unit(300); and a mixing unit. The housing is constituted by an anode chamber(210) having an anode and being filled with a chamber fluid(C1) between the anode and the first dialysis membrane; a cathode chamber(220) with a cathode(221) and being filled with a chamber fluid(C2), and a mixing unit provided to the anode chamber and the cathode chamber, respectively, to mix the chamber fluid(e.g., deionized water).
