An apparatus for dewatering sludge is provided to increase dewatering efficiency of sludge, prevent the dewatering member from being damaged in the compression process, and easily collect and treat agglomerate that has been filtered by the dewatering member by improving structure of a dewatering member for separating agglomerate and water from sludge. An apparatus for dewatering sludge comprises: a body part including a supply part(12) which is formed in a hollow shape and has a sludge supply port(12a) formed in one side thereof, and a discharge part(18) which is in communication with the supply part and has a discharge port formed in one end portion thereof and opened or closed by an opening-and-closing device(19); a dewatering member(20) having a sludge moving path formed in the center thereof such that one end portion of the moving path is positioned in the supply part while the other end portion of the moving path is positioned in the discharge part, wherein filter members are laid under the circumference of the moving path in a predetermined distance, and a discharge path(18a) passing through the moving path and the outer part is formed in parts of the moving path in which the filter members are positioned; and a compression part(40) which is installed at one side of the body such that sludge passes through the moving path of the dewatering member through pressurization. |
