A human-body contact type heating mat is provided to be worn on the abdominal part even during outdoor activities. A human-body contact type heating mat includes a first cover body(12), a heat generating layer(14), first and second conductive layers(16a,16b), a second cover body(24A), a power connector(22), and first and second power units(26). The first cover body has a movement preventing member at the outer surface. The heat generating layer, and the first and second conductive layers are formed on the second cover body. The second cover body is adhered to the heat generating layer and the first cover body with the first and second conductive layers. The power connector applies power to the heat generating layer through the first and second conductive layers. The first and second power units supply power by being attached and detached to/from the power connector. |
