The tensile elastic surface composite for the production of baby diaper or incontinence diaper with sealing tape, comprises an elastic flat carrier film (2), which conceals at a side with a textile material having single fiber and/or single fiber agglomerates, which penetrates 90% of the connection area (15) connected into a flat hot melt-adhesive layer (5, 6). The penetration depth is 2-15% of the beveled length. The fibers are secured with a peeling off strength over 10N/cm2> and/or under 60 N/cm2> on the carrier film. The tensile elastic surface composite for the production of baby diaper or incontinence diaper with sealing tape, comprises an elastic flat carrier film (2), which conceals at a side with a textile material having single fiber and/or single fiber agglomerates, which penetrates 90% of the connection area (15) connected into a flat hot melt-adhesive layer (5, 6). The penetration depth is 2-15% of the beveled length. The fibers are secured with a peeling off strength over 10N/cm2> and/or under 60 N/cm2> on the carrier film and are predominantly short fiber sticking out in a vertical angle (14) of the carrier film with a deviation of 20[deg]. The fibers have a length of 0.5-1 mm in the median. The textile material is applied as flocking on the carrier film. The material of the carrier film is thermoplastic elastomer or a thermoplastic polymer with isotropic tensile behavior.
