The career unit has a career (14) for a rolling unit, where a cavity is provided on a front side (16) of the career unit. The career unit is arranged such that it is normally removed out from its installation environment by an intervention of a part of a removing tool in the cavity. A material with lacquer and sealing wax is coated on a part of a boundary surface of the cavity, where the material and the cavity are arranged such that an intervention in the cavity leaves permanent traces at the coated material. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a career unit. |
