The tube has a ring-shaped or screw-thread shaped tube section (1) passed into a cylindrical end section (2). The end section is expanded in a conical manner for forming a connecting board (3). The connecting board has an undercut (4) provided in an axial direction. A separate, flat, metallic sealing ring is adapted to the connecting board and is held in the undercut. The undercut is formed by an end area (5) of the connecting board, where the end area is inwardly bent. The ring has a corrugation for forming a strip sealing.
