A control method for opening and closing a trunk by using a smart key, the smart key for the same and a glove box locking device are provided to switch off a trunk button and lock the glove box locking device if no a smart key and to switch on the trunk button and unlock the glove box locking device if the smart key exists. A control method for opening and closing a trunk by using a smart key includes the steps of: detecting presence and absence of the smart key; determining whether a smart value is a first smart value which represents that a trunk button and a glove box locking device are off and locked, if the smart key is not detected; if the trunk button and the glove box locking device are on and unlocked, storing the trunk button and the glove box locking device which are on and unlocked as a second smart value; converting the smart value into the second smart value to switch off and lock the trunk button and the glove box locking device; if the smart key is detected and the smart value is the first smart value in the first step, changing the smart value into the second smart value to switch on and unlock the trunk button and the glove box locking device. The smart key includes a main body and a auxiliary key. The auxiliary key is attached to the main body detachably and limits some features of the smart key when being detached from the main body.
