摘要 A superslim keypad and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to form a touch part and a light-emitting part on the lower surface of a base part through application and adhesion in a single unit. A superslim keypad, which uses an EL(Electroluminescence) sheet for backlighting, consists of a base part(100), a touch part(200), and a light-emitting part(300). On the upper surface of the base part(100), a button part, composed of numerals, characters, and symbols, is printed. The touch part(200) comprises a touch plate. A primary resistive material is applied on the lower surface of the base part, and an insulation space is formed between the touch plate and the primary resistive material. A resistive material is applied on the upper surface of the touch plate so that both resistive materials can contact each other when a user pushes the button part. The light-emitting part is formed as an ITO material is coated on the lower surface of the touch plate and a fluorescent layer and a dielectric layer are sequentially applied on the lower surface of the ITO material. Electrodes are printed on the rear side of the dielectric layer so as to be charged with electricity.
