<p>The method involves providing a small axial thickness for saw teeth (3) at an edge of a circular saw blade (1) than an axial thickness of a radial region of the circular saw blade, where the radial region lies inside the saw teeth. The circular saw blade is operated as a wedge on a sawed wood during the sawing operation due to the thickness difference, where the wood is humidified during the sawing operation. The axial thickness of the saw blade is decreased continuously from the radial region to a radial inner edge of the saw teeth. An independent claim is also included for a saw unit for sawing a wood lamella.</p> |
