The mounting device (1) has a support unit (2) arranged from a vision side and a retaining unit (3) arranged from a non-vision side on a body part (5) in an installed condition. The retaining unit has an undercut unit (6), over which the retaining unit is gripped from the non-vision side over corresponding opening (7) in the body part and engages behind the body part sided retaining outlines (8). The support unit has locking noses (11, 11`) arranged in a locking unit (10).
