A soap, and a method for preparing the soap are provided to obtain a skin moisturizing effect, a whitening effect, a waste removing effect and the effect for improving atopic dermatitis. A soap comprises 85 wt% of a soap base; 5 wt% of a Houttuyniae Herva extract; 5 wt% of a Chrysanthemum zawadskii Herbich extract; 0.8 wt% of the extract of the root of Angelica gigas Nakai; 0.2 wt% of the extract of the leaves of Angelica gigas Nakai; 1 wt% of a pine needle extract; 1 wt% of a Pueraria thunbergiana BENTH. extract; 0.5 wt% of a mugwort extract; 1 wt% of a Dioscorea batatas extract; and 0.5 wt% of a hardwood charcoal powder, wherein the extract is obtained by the extracting process carried out at a temperature 120 deg.C and at a pressure of 5 bar for 2 hours. |
