A camera module is provided to basically remove a deficiency factor causing a change in an adjustment-completed focus, improve an operation productivity and reduce a fabrication unit cost. A lens barrel(110) includes at least one lens disposed therein. A housing(120) includes an internal hole in which the lens barrel(110) is inserted and slits(123) which are provided on an outer surface and downwardly extend. A board(140) includes an image sensor(130) electrically at one end portion thereof. The image sensor(130) is disposed at a lower portion of the housing(120), A control ring(150) is combined on the external surface of the housing(120) and controls a surface contact pressure between an inner surface of the internal hole and the outer surface of the lens barrel(110). The housing(120) includes a cylindrical body(120a) formed to penetrate the internal hole and a square body(120b) in which the image sensor(130) is disposed. The slits(123) are provided at the cylindrical body.
