A camera module is provided to strengthen electromagnetic waves blocking effect by directly connecting a ground terminal of a board and a shield can, and obtain high quality by improving noise. A lens housing unit(110) includes at least one lens. An image sensor(120) focuses light made incident through the lens. A board unit(130) is combined at a lower end of the lens housing unit(110). The board unit(130) includes the first board(132) on which the image sensor(120) is mounted and the second board(134) on which at least one passive element is mounted. The lens housing unit(110) includes a disposition recess(111) formed on at least one external surface, in which the passive element(140) is disposed. The first board(132) is a hard board, and the second board(134) is a soft board.
