A system and a method for providing a call service based on a status of user's multiple terminals are provided to increase a service efficiency and provide various supplementary services by increasing a service complete rate with respect to a call originated by a user. A user terminal group(100) includes multi-terminal(A,B,C), and a counterpart terminal group(200) includes multi-terminals(D,E). A session management module(300) transfers a call signal between a terminal of the user terminal group(100) and a terminal of the counterpart terminal group(200). A status management module(400) sets and manages status information and priority level information of the multi-terminals(A,B,C,D,E). A status-based call module(500) receives the status information and the priority level information from the status management module(400), recognizes whether terminals are available for a call, and controls a call between the corresponding terminals. The status information of the status management module(400) includes registration information of the multi-terminals(A,B,C,D,E), information about whether the multi-terminals(A,B,C,D,E) are in call communication, and information about whether the multi-terminals (A,B,C,D,E) are available for a call.
