An electro-conductive fabric and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve an external appearance of the fabric and enhance corrosion resistance and chemical resistance of the fabric, by coating the fabric with titanium nitride. An electro-conductive fabric comprises a fabric layer(10), first metal layers(21,22) formed on both faces of the fabric layer, and a titanium nitride layer(60) formed on an upper face of at least one of the first metal layers. The titanium nitride layer has a gold color. Second metal layers are formed on upper faces of the first metal layers. Third metal layers are respectively formed between one of the second metal layers and the titanium nitride layer and between the other of the second metal layers and the titanium nitride layer. Further, fourth metal layers having silver-white color is formed at lower surface of the titanium nitride layer.
