A drain board coupling structure and a drain board construction method are provided to construct the bottom of basement of a building by placing beam type members to a drain board and driving a spike using a nail gun, thereby fixing the drain board and a bottom concrete layer and attaching the drain board between a bottom concrete layer and a push concrete layer. A drain board coupling structure comprises a drain board(100) installed between bottom concrete(20) and push concrete when constructing the bottom of a basement layer of a building and composed of a flat board(110) and many support columns(120), beam type members(200,201) tapered downward and inserted to the inside space of the support columns, and a spike(400) inserted to a spike insertion hole formed at the center of the beam type members and imbedded using a nail gun(N), so that the drain board is fixed to the bottom concrete simply and quickly. A drain board construction method using the drain board coupling structure comprises the steps of excavating a stratum using excavation equipment, forming a finished excavation surface on the ground of the excavated stratum with soil, gravel, sand or blocks, placing lean concrete on the finished excavation surface, placing bottom concrete on the lean concrete, putting a drain board on the lean concrete and inserting beam type members to the inside space of support columns of the drain board, driving a spike using a nail gun to penetrate the beam type members and the bottom concrete, and then placing push concrete on the top of the drain board fixed to the bottom concrete.
