A switch type connector is provided to allow a terminal to be easily attached or detached and have a good operability by arranging terminal, contacts attached to the connector housing, as being separately disposed. First and second connector housings(10,30) are rotatably connected. Terminal connectors(50,52) electrically connect the first and second connector housings(10,30). The first connector housing(10) includes an outer wall(12) having a cylindrical wall shape and a cylindrical convex part(14) provided at an inner side of the outer wall(12). The outer wall(12) includes an assembly guide groove having the first groove(22) formed in a lengthwise direction at one end and the second groove(24) extending in a circumferential direction. The convex part(14) includes terminal contacts(50) at an outer side thereof, The second connector housing(30) includes a concave part(32) having a cylindrical wall shape that can be combined between the outer wall(12) and the convex part(14) of the first connector housing(10). The concave part(32) includes a protrusion(34) guided by the assembly guide grooves(22,24) and formed at an outer side thereof and the terminal contacts(52) formed on an inner side thereof and separated in a circumferential direction with respect to the terminal contacts(50) of the first connector housing(10).
