An apparatus for manufacturing a poly ethylene film for weaving a tarpaulin is provided to permit a film drawing process to be carried out in a narrow space. An apparatus for manufacturing a poly ethylene film for weaving a tarpaulin includes a film molding unit(10), a film drawing unit(20), and a film winding unit(30). The film molding unit molds a film(2) having a predetermined width from molten high density poly ethylene material. The film drawing unit improves tensile strength of the film through preheating, stretching, annealing, and cooling processes while conveying the film. The film winding unit winds the film into a roll.
