A hygienic band is provided to prevent blood from flowing from the hygienic band by forming a blood prevention protrusion on the center of the hygienic band, and to prevent pollution of panties. A hygienic band includes a waterproof clean cover(10), a transparent band for coming into contact with the lower side of a hygienic band panty(11), a smell removing pad(12), a first cotton adhesion pad(13), a belt type contact transparent pad(13a), a second cotton adhesion pad(14), an ultra absorbing pad(15) and a blood prevention protrusion(100). The second cotton adhesion pad is installed on the first cotton adhesion pad. The ultra absorbing pad is installed on the cotton adhesion pad to absorb blood. The blood prevention protrusion is installed on the cotton contact pad to prevent leakage of the blood.
