A method for preparing a pack composition comprising rice bran and gold powder is provided to perform massage of the skin and supply various nutrients in the rice bran including vitamin A, B1, B6, iron, phosphorous and minerals, and reduce skin irritation by using gold powder. A pack composition for skin massage is prepared by polishing the rice and collecting pericarps, seed coats and aleurone layers of the rice generated during the polishing process; pulverizing the collected rice bran to 100 meshes; pulverizing gold to prepare gold powder; and mixing the rice bran powder with the gold powder.
