A device and a method for manufacturing biodegradable interior panels, and the interior panels are provided to prevent the environmental pollution by easily decomposing the interior panels in the nature as the interior panels are made of only biodegradable materials such as palm fiber powder, starch, and ester oil. In a device for manufacturing biodegradable interior panels, a hopper(100) contains and slowly discharges the mixture of palm fiber powder, starch, and ester oil. A molding unit(200) has two rollers(201) separated in a predetermined gap and heaters(202) installed in each roller to bake the mixture discharged from the hopper, at high temperature with drawing out the mixture. A rolling unit(300) comprises plural rollers(301) installed at the upper and lower parts, wherein a gap between the rollers is gradually narrowed toward the rear side, and heaters(302) installed in each roller, and thinly rolls the molded material discharged from the molding unit. A cooling unit(400) has plural rollers(401) installed at the upper and lower parts, wherein a gap between the rollers is narrower than a gap between the upper and lower rollers disposed at the rearmost side, and cooling coils(402) installed in each roller, and cools down the molded material discharged through the rolling unit with transferring the molded material. A cutting unit(500) cuts the molded material passing through the cooling unit, in the predetermined length by a blade(502) moving up and down by a cutting cylinder(501). |
