An apparatus and method for manufacturing autologous thrombin and fibrinogen simultaneously is provided to simplify the manufacturing process, prevent immune responses, and reduce the treatment time for tissue restoration by supplying growth factors. An apparatus for manufacturing autologous thrombin and fibrinogen simultaneously comprises: a rotation body(10) having two chambers which are symmetrical about a rotation center axis and being detachably mounted to a centrifuge; storing tools(13a, 13b, 16a, 16b) for temporarily storing the autologous blood; filtering tools(14a, 14b, 18a, 18b) for filtering the unnecessary solution from the blood after centrifugation, mounted to the outside of the storing tools; and addition tools(17a, 17b) for automatically adding additives to the filtered blood so as to extract thrombin and fibrinogen, wherein the additive is citric acid, CaCl2 and NaHCO3 for thrombin or tranexamic acid for fibrinogen and ethanol. |
