摘要 <p>A microfluidic device is provided to efficiently perform at least one step among concentration and lysis of a cell and amplification of DNA from the cell. A method for amplifying a target nucleic acid from a cell or a virus is provided to efficiently amplify the target nucleic acid from the cell or the virus. In a microfluidic device having at least one inlet and outlet, wherein the inlet and the outlet is connected to each other through a microchannel, a porous hydrophobic polymer with a water contact angle of 70-90° is bound to the microchannel or the wall side of a micro-chamber and a magnetic bead is bound to the polymer. The device further comprises a light emitting device to provide light to the microchannel or the inside of the microchamber or a PCR reaction portion including a reaction chamber communicated to the microchannel or the microchamber, a heater providing heat to the reaction chamber and a cooler for cooling the heat. A method for amplifying a target nucleic acid from cell or virus comprises the steps of: (a) flowing a sample including the cell or the virus through the microchannel or the microchamber to attach the cell or the virus to the hydrophobic porous polymer; (b) applying light to the polymer and generating heat to lyse the cell or the virus; and (c) performing a PCR using the lysate of the cell or the virus as a template.</p>
