An anti-scattering apparatus of a thermo-hygrostat is provided to increase the dew point temperature through external air sucked via through holes of a shelf and a damper without passing through an evaporator to prevent scattering of waterdrops generated at a discharge port due to mix of sensible heat and saturated vapor, thereby increasing humidifying efficiency and economizing in energy. A thermo-hygrostat has a filter(2), a controller(3), a compressor(4), an evaporator(5), a humidifier(6), and a blower fan(7) in a main body(1). A plurality of through holes are formed at a rear part of a shelf(8) for interrupting inlet of external air in a horizontal direction at regular gaps. A damper(9) having a plurality of through holes perforated at regular gaps is installed at a top side or bottom of the shelf, movably right and left so that an opening amount of the through holes of the shelf for passing external air directly is controlled through a position change of the damper.
