Said vibration damper comprises a carrier frame (12), a vibration mass (26) and a spring arrangement (18, 20). The carrier frame (12) and the vibration mass (26) are coupled together by means of the spring arrangement (18, 20). Said vibration damper (10) is characterised in that the spring arrangement (18, 20) comprises at least one elastic connection element (18, 20) which is integrally formed on the carrier frame (12) and on the vibration mass (26).
