The arrangement has a deflector (10) with an annular skirt (14) extending radially inwards. An injection system has a bowl (28) with an annular recess (30) that is provided at a downstream end and that is open outwards. The recess is radially aligned with the skirt such that the skirt is retracted in the recess in case of decentering of the system with respect to a bottom (4) of a combustion chamber (2). The recess is formed of lateral walls (42, 44) axially spaced and connected by an annular bottom (40). Distance between the walls is greater than thickness of the skirt.
