摘要 <p>The present invention provides an aluminum material for electrolytic capacitor electrodes capable of assuredly increasing area increasing rate by generating deep etching pits evenly at high density to increase capacitance and the production method thereof, an electrode material for electrolytic capacitor, an anode material for aluminum electrolytic capacitors, a production method of an anode material for electrolytic capacitors, and an aluminum electrolytic capacitor. The Pb content is not less than 0.3 mass ppm but not more than 2.5 mass ppm, and an aluminummaterial subj ected to evaluation etching under prescribed conditions meets either a condition that a Lab lightness index (L value) of the aluminum material measured by a prescribed method is not less than 25 but not more than 56 when a pre-treatment time is 30 seconds or a condition that the Lab lightness index is not less than 27 but not more than 58 when the pre-treatment time is 45 seconds.</p>
