摘要 <p>A structure of a dye-sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a short between an anode and a cathode even though a gap between the anode and the cathode is narrowed by arranging the anode and the cathode in a concave groove. A dye-sensitized solar cell is comprised of a top substrate(101), a conductive electrode(102) formed on an inner surface of the top substrate, an oxide semiconductor porous cathode(103) formed over the conductive electrode, a relative electrode as a positive polar section corresponding to the cathode electrode, and an electrolyte(105) gap-filled between the cathode and the relative electrode. A dye is absorbed into a surface of the oxide semiconductor porous cathode. A concave groove is formed on a bottom substrate toward the relative electrode by using a coating layer resistant to a glass substrate corrosion liquid and corrosion. The relative electrode is formed in the concave groove.</p>
