A mat for an emergency prevention is provided to achieve an easy storage and installation, as well as an improved wear resistance and endurance. A mat for an emergency prevention includes: a textile body(10), made out of a tarpaulin material so as to allow a waterproofness and airtightness; an air injection layer(30), composed of two plies, i.e. upper and lower sheets(31,32), and bonded onto the textile body, as well as having a closed inside, wherein the both sheets have a multi-layered structure which is manufactured by a co-extrusion of a nylon film layer and a poly-olefin film layer ; many inner-space layers(33), formed by more than two blocks which are separated from each other by a partition(34) configured by connection of the both sheets; and an air injection valve, injecting or discharging an air into the each inner-space layer.
