A novel promoter nucleic acid sequence is provided to control the expression strength of a gene of a target protein with high expression or low expression by inducing the expression of a Corynebacterium glutamicum specific gene. A promoter nucleic acid molecule consists of a nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 1 or 2. A recombinant vector includes the promoter operably linked to an encoding sequence of a target gene. A host cell is Corynebacterium glutamicum KCCM 10830 transformed by the recombinant vector. A method for expressing a target gene such as lysC gene comprises a step of culturing the host cell.
