The system is formed such that uses vibrations caused by wind on a tape of suitable characteristics originated when the impact of the wind produces the oscillation at a considerable speed downwards and upwards. The acoustic effects are originated simultaneously in acoustic actions with sound variable depending on the speed and flow of the wind, which generates the change in frequency to leave that place by animals. The optical effects are generated equally by the vibration of the tape.
