The size measuring template (10) is rectangular. It consists of an aluminum block (12) which has a flat top surface (14) with grooves (16-18) shaped to accommodate screws (60) of different sizes. There are calibration markings on either side of the grooves which are of different sizes to accommodate different size screws. Stops (24-28) are held on the ends of the grooves by fastening screws (30-34).
