The movement has a frame (24) with a plate (28) and two balance bridges. The plate has a cut (28a) provided in a balance (26). The balance bridges of the frame are rigidly mounted on the plate. The balance bridges have respective bearings in which the balance pivots. The bridges extend in a space defined by the cut. The balance bridge (30) has bridges with a regulator (56), and a stud support (58) connecting a balance spring (53) to the frame. A pallet bridge (66) is mounted on one of the bridges, where the pallet and balance bridges have bearings to allow pivoting of a pallet. An independent claim is also included for a watch comprising a housing in which a watch movement is placed.
