The seat part comprises a hip seat(110) on which the user's hip is placed; a first leg seat(120) positioned at one side of the front part of the hip seat; a second leg seat(130) positioned on the other side of the front part of the hip seat with facing the first leg seat; a first turning part(301) fixed at one side of the under surface of the hip seat and combined with the first leg seat through a pivot to turn the first leg seat; and a second turning part(302) fixed on the other side of the under surface of the hip seat with facing the first turning part and combined with the second leg seat through a pivot to turn the second leg seat.
