<p>The submitted invention refers to a method for specific labeling and observing of exocytotic vesicles and other subcellular organellae which enter into the process of transient reversible fusion of a vesicle and plasmalema membrane, such as the "kiss and run" exocytosis, in living eucariontic cells, where vesicles are labeled and observed ex vivo in living eucariontic cells. Such a combination of labeling and observation of vesicles in living eucariontic cells will enable wider research in dynamics and mobility of vesicles both for fundamental research in exocytosis and for medical and biotechnological purposes.</p> |
