A water heating device for a bathtub is provided to keep water temperature constant all the time by heating the water with circulating the water by operating a heater and a fan if the temperature of the water contained in the bathtub is lower than set temperature and stopping the heater and the fan if the water is heated over the set temperature. A water heating device(10) for a bathtub is composed of a heater(12) installed at the periphery of a body(11) having an inlet port and an outlet port, to generate heat by receiving electricity; a water circulating unit installed in the body; a temperature sensor(16) installed at one side of the body; and a case(13) mounted correspondently to the periphery of the body.
