A horn switch is provided to prevent mis-operation due to a self load of an air bag module of a driver's seat by using a fixing terminal unit cap enclosing a fixing terminal unit. A fixing terminal unit(2) is fixed at a steering wheel side. An operation terminal unit(4) moves up and down on an upper side of the fixing terminal unit and is connected to or shorten from the fixing terminal unit. A stud(10) supports the operation terminal unit to the short direction of the fixing terminal unit and the operation terminal unit. A fixing terminal unit cap(20) has at least one cutout unit and a protrusion hook protruded toward the fixing terminal unit. The cutout unit encloses the fixing terminal unit.
