A vacuum interrupter for a vacuum circuit breaker is provided to improve performance of a withstand voltage and reliability of a solid insulation vacuum interrupter by preventing a crack due to an impact and a thermal stress. A vacuum interrupter for a vacuum circuit breaker having a case(111), a fixing electrode(115), a movable electrode(119), a shield member, a fixing electrode end-plate(114), a movable electrode end-plate(113) includes a dielectric layer(200), and a buffer unit. The dielectric layer wraps the outside of the vacuum interrupter to insulate the outside of the vacuum interrupter. The buffer unit is installed in the outside of the fixing electrode end-plate and the movable electrode end-plate to prevent concentration of a mechanical impact, a thermal stress and an electric field transmitted to the vacuum interrupter.
